| A basic description
|
C-terminal fragment of the connecting segment 1 (Cs-1) in human fibronectin. Cs-1?is a cell attachment domain located in the type III homology connecting segment (IIICS) of fibronectin that contains the Leu-Asp-Val (LDV) motif. This sequence, recognized as a cell adhesion motif, binds to the integrin receptor alpha4beta1 of melanoma cells and T lymphocytes.
